Chin Ups are a classic gym exercise and something that you can do, what ever your level, with some progressions and regressions.
What I’ve got for you today is a bar Chin Up.
It can be easily adjusted to your level of ability.
I would use this an as entry level Chin Up exercise for the following reasons:
1. There is no fear of dropping from a high bar.
2. It’s adjustable to your own height and ability.
3. Full range of motion can be achieved without struggle. Trust me this can be more important in the long run as you progress and get stronger!
4. Moving forward with the exercise you simply reduce how much assistance we have through foot placement and gradually pass the workload on to the upper body.
